Shipping Policy

We carefully prepare each order and aim to ship within 3–5 business days. Custom orders may require additional processing time depending on order volume. If there is ever a delay beyond this timeframe, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Ornaments and earrings are shipped via Canada Post Oversized Letter Mail, which does not include tracking. Delivery times may vary once the item is in transit.
